The Austin Police Department continues to investigate the murder of Infowars reporter Jamie White, who was found lying in the parking lot of the Chandelier Apartments oon Douglas Street late Sunday night. According to APD, officers arrived on the scene and located White with obvious trauma to his body. White was transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced deceased at 12:19 a.m. on March 10, 2025.
The initial investigation shows that White was shot and killed in the parking lot of the apartment complex in which he lived. The suspects then fled the scene. Detectives believe the suspects were possibly burglarizing White’s vehicle when he interrupted them.
Detectives are encouraging anyone in the area who may have had their vehicle burglarized that night, to come forward so APD can further investigate. Additional photos, videos, or potential evidence, can also be submitted by clicking here.
White’s death is being investigated as the 8th murder of the year for Austin.
