MONDAY 3/17

Austin Mayor Pro Tem Vanessa Fuentes addresses the problematic homeless camp in her district, the man responsible for the tragic accident near 35 & Parmer on Friday has been charged with multiple counts of intoxicated manslaughter and Democrats are accusing the Trump administration of defying a judge’s order by deporting hundreds of illegals believed to be associated with gangs from El Salvador.

 

TUESDAY 3/18

The Austin City Council is set to vote on whether to spend millions on updating the art at ABIA, one of the truckers who was part of the deadly wreck near Parmer & 35 last week is speaking out and and a Texas State Representative has filed legislation that would abolish Texas Parks & Wildlife.

 

WEDNESDAY 3/19

The Texas Senate will vote on a total ban on THC products, a Texas State Representative wants to rename part of I-35 going through Travis County after Donald Trump and the Trump administration is defending its deportation of alleged gang members to Honduras & El Salvador.

 

THURSDAY 3/20

President Trump is expected to sign an executive order today that would abolish the Department of Education, Tesla dealerships are experiencing vandalism across the country and the Texas Senate has passed a bill that would ban all THC products in Texas.

FRIDAY 3/21

Austin’s homeless services department has put a lien on a private property that had an infamous homeless camp on it, teachers unions are criticizing President Trump’s executive order that would shut down the Department of Education and employees of a pizzeria in Austin have successfully unionized.
