The City of Pflugerville is the latest to take a second look at its ordinances impacting the homeless population.
The Pflugerville City Council gave initial approval to an ordinance that adds a camping definition to parks regulations. That would make it easier to enforce the laws against camping in certain areas of Pflugerville. The Council also approved an ordinance that would make it easier to enforce laws against solicitation, but made an exemption for lemonade stands to conform to a new state law.
