A planned 120-acre mixed use development off of SH 130 in Pflugerville move a step closer to reality. The city council has approved the first of two votes to rezone the land. Developer Thoms Sheleg said the end goal of this North Pointe development is the connection of residents to its economic center. ‘North Pointe’ development will offer retail, entertainment, and 4000 housing units, there will be an eastern campus and a western campus connected by a pedestrian bridge over 130:
If approved, the change in zoning will allow allow the city to create a walkable development connecting residents to the economic core.
The final vote is planned for later this month.
