The Austin Parks and Recreation Department has announced the annual closure a portion of Zilker Park as part of the 2019 Austin City Limits Music Festival.
The northern portion of Zilker Park, known to Austinites as the Great Lawn, will remain closed through October 30. This includes 11 days of festival set up, two event weekends, a week to remove staging, and, dependent upon weather conditions, at least one week for PARD’s annual, post-event maintenance.
Zilker Park will be accessible between event weekends.
