An Austin homeless man is arrested for making terroristic threats against UT.
[Court documents show 25-year-old homeless man Dakota Blakely, was taken to the ER at Dell Seton Medical Center where he bit a security guard. The center is part of the UT system so UTPD responded. During his medical screening, Blakely threatened to “shoot all the rich kids at UT.” University Police report he made similar threats as they arrested him. He faces charges for the threat and the biting, bond was set for 65-thousand dollars.
