The Texas Housing Market is steadily rising. Looking into their 3rd quarter report, Texas Realtors’ Chairman Troy Bates says statewide the median homeprice grew by 4.3 percent to 245-thousand dollars. In Austin its much higher, up 3.9 percent to $319,900.
Troy says the number of listings in Austin are down, while sales are up which shows in a 2.5{8827073635d838488fa0ee272ea56f78a08ac3498872dc88f518d22094382752} housing inventory… down from 2.9{8827073635d838488fa0ee272ea56f78a08ac3498872dc88f518d22094382752} this same time last year.
