University of Texas Police travel to UT Permian Basin in Odessa, following this weekend’s deadly mass shooting.
UTPD Chief David Carter tweeted, four of his officers stood guard around Odessa after the mass shooting that left 7 people dead and 22 injured. He said the Officers were there to help local police return some normalcy to the Labor Day Weekend, and further protect students as they returned to classes.
