Round Rock School Board President investigation details

The Round Rock school board makes public the details of an investigation into board president Charles Chadwell:

He was accused in July of meeting with and giving counseling to a former employee who was suing the district.  Based on the investigation, Chadwell did have a business relationship with the employee, separate from RRISD, and attorney Gayla Corley says she’s determined his actions may not have been ethical, but there was no Open Meetings Act violation.

She says his decision to meet during the lawsuit was ill-advised, however.  The board has proposed crafting a new ethics policy.
