For 16 years, Texas’ Driver Responsibility Program has faced intense criticism. But, as of today, that program is no more. Phil Telfeyan with the group ‘Equal Justice Under Law’ says this is a huge deal.
He expects a few hiccups in the coming weeks, though, including possible holds that still might remain on some licenses. Telfeyan suggests going to the DMV just to make sure your license is back in good standing.
