One of the many state laws taking effect this weekend will mean more money for mental health programs for young people. Michelle Holland with the Kronkoski Foundation says potential mental health issues are no longer a taboo subject. She says there has been overwhelming support for both increased staff and for programs themselves to address mental health issues.
