A study released by Allstate this week puts Austin near the bottom of the list of cities with the best drivers. In fact, out of America’s 200 largest cities, Austin drivers are ranked 160th. Allstate’s Roberto De Leon says Austin drivers have a variety of bad habits.
He says cell phone use while driving is almost an epidemic in Austin. The study also shows a large number of drivers refusing to obey the speed limit. San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston also made the bad drivers list.
