Three Texas Congressmen team up to make Domestic Terrorism a felony

Congressmen Henry Cuellar, Randy Weber, and Michael McCaul’s Domestic Terrorism Penalties Act of 2019 would allow federal law enforcement and prosecutors to better identify and charge those committing acts of domestic terrorism.

One of the author’s is San Antonio Democratic Congressman Henry Cuellar said there is nothing for domestic terrorism and that needs to change, not just for prosecutions, but for investigations as well.  Cuellar mentions this would help stop these mass murders.

Republican Congressmen Michael McCaul and Randy Weber co-authored the bill, It also has the endorsement of the FBI Agents Association.
