Health care affordability is now a problem for more than half of Texans. Fifety five percent of those polled in a new study say paying the bills has become difficult.
According to a new survey from the Episcopal Health Foundation rising health care costs has led 60 percent of Texas adults to say they have skipped or postponed going to the doctor because of the cost. E-H-F’s Brian Sasser says the availability of health care in Texas also has become an issue. Texas Leads the nation in the number and percentage of uninsured.
