  • The location named is near West Ben White Boulevard and Bannister Lane
  • Interim homeless strategy officer for the City of Austin, Veronica Briseno, says the property that meets council’s expectations
  • The property on the agenda is listed as 1112 West Ben White Boulevard 
  • It could be purchased for $8,600,000 to shelter homeless
  • The shelter would be a short-term solution for 50 to 100 people
