Todd and Don discuss the Austin Sobering Center seeing an uptick in those under the influence of drugs rather than alcohol, Georgetown is trying to figure out how to deal with a surplus of electricity as they can’t compete with low gas prices, and Texas House has given initial approval to raise the age to purchase cigarettes to 21.

Todd and Don discuss KVUE holding a transportation town hall to discuss congestion in Austin and possible solutions. Mayor Pro Tem Delia Garza says bikes and buses could be the fix.

Todd and Don discuss guns stolen out of 6 cars in Summerland because the doors were left unlocked, Ellen Troxclair calls in to discuss bills in the Texas House and they guys continue to discuss the Texas House trying to raise the age to purchase cigarettes.

Todd and Don discuss Nike being accused of penalizing pregnant athletes, a new survey that says the Texas accent is the sexiest in the country, and the NCAA working group is consider allowing athletes to profit from names, images and likenesses.
