The Texas Senate approves a bill to better train teachers to better educate special needs students. Senator Eddie Lucio sponsored the bill, saying that we can no longer rely on programs of the past to ensure special needs students get the education they need.
The bill would include training on the latest education techniques for children on the autism spectrum and dyslexia.
