Housing sales for Austin are continuing to climb

The quarterly Housing report for Q1 2019 is out by Texas Realtors. Austin’s home sales were up just over one percent compared to this time last year. Texas Realtors Board Chairman Trey Bates says inventory continues to be an issue.

Bates says the median price was flat at $295 thousand in the first quarter of 2019.
