Austin FC is set to start the process of selling season tickets for the team’s inaugural season. Officials said soccer fans can add themselves to a list of interested parties with a cash deposit starting at 10 next Wednesday morning (June 12th).
Austin FC President Andy Loughnane said that deposit which can run for $50 for regular seats, to $100 for more select seating, is fully refundable, and is how they’ll let you get into “line” to pick out what seat or seats you want for their inaugural season. Loughnane explained the sooner you make your deposit, the sooner you get to pick out your seats.
Loughnane said while this is a big step for the organization the real test on whether the organization’s work is a success or not starts when the team takes the field in 2021.
