Gov. Abbott honored the 13 fallen Texas officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in 2018

The Texas Combined Pipe and Drum Corps opened the ceremony, Governor Abbott delivered the keynote address.

 Following his remarks, the Governor presented medals to the families of the fallen officers commemorating their service.

The 13 were then honored with a 21 gun salute.
