State Representative Matt Krause declared Tuesday was Lemonade Freedom Day at the State Capitol. He was most likely confident the State House would pass his Lemonade Stand legislation.
An amendment was added allowing kids to set up lemonade stands in public parks and it prevents property owner associations for making rules that prohibit the stands.
The bill was passed by the House overwhelmingly and is now headed to the State Senate.
