A commander in the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office is accused of making lewd comments.
Complaint recently filed on behalf of the Texas Municipal Police Association accuses Williamson County Commander Steve Deaton of asking a group of about 20 or so people whether any deputy has had any sexual relations with a producer of the television program “Live PD,” which has featured the sheriff’s department for some time now. The complaint goes on to say that, when no one responded, Deaton allegedly claimed that it was his goal to make that happen. Attorneys say the complaint has been filed by four members of the department who, because of a “culture of fear” have been hesitant to come forward.
