Investment in Austin tech companies is on the rise. Venture capitalist and former entrepreneur Tom Ball say the reason Austin is so tech heavy these days can be ascribed to a few things and its not just a good supply of money.
Others in the tech industry say the established tech businesses help fuel that growth along with the occasional incentive package.
