The Libertarian candidate for Texas Senate files a complaint against one of his opponents and a news media outlet. Neal Dikeman says he’s notified the Federal Elections Commission that after Senator Ted Cruz backed out the last debate with Beto O’Rourke, CNN went ahead and gave O’Rourke the whole hour.
Dikeman says he’s not demanding inclusion in any debates but demanding CNN and Beto follow US campaign finance law.
