Officials evacuated people around the Llano River in Llano, as the river is expected to crest around 41 feet later today. That would be the second highest crest on record. According to the Llano Office of Emergency Management anyone living within a quarter mile of the river should evacuate immediately.
One man near the water way managed to document the rising waters from his balcony. The man videoed brown murky waters only broken by the tops of trees and boat houses roofs.
