Group of campus free-speech activists are taking the UT to federal court

Students at University of Texas cannot express their opinions without getting in trouble somehow. That’s what a federal lawsuit filed by DC-based campus activists Speech First allege. The group’s Nicole Neilly said UT has four policies and a Climate Response Team that regulates what can be said by students.

System Chancellor James Milliken and President Greg Fenves are named in the suit among others.
