A Circuit of America’s Parking attendant is accused of sexually assaulting a teenager who was leaving a concert there back in May. Court records show 37-year-old Paul Tincher was arrested an records show he tearfully admitted to the crime. COTA officials say they are not part of the hiring process of parking attendants.
