Austin Police officers who shot and wounded a robbery and carjacking suspect in North Austin last month will not face charges. 51-year-old Glenn Miles was shot by Officer James Eichenholz and Sgt. Gregory White after the suspect drew a gun out of his pants. District Attorney Margaret Moore said Miles faces five pending aggravated robbery cases.
