As a war of words between Williamson County Sheriff Robert Chody and County Judge Dan Gattis continues over strangling his department’s budget, Jason Nassur with the Williamson County Attorney’s Office says County Attorney Dee Hobbs is suing the Commissioners Court for pretty much the same thing.
Nassur says that suit was filed last week. Judge Dan Gattis’ Official Oppression hearing is set for mid-September.
