Mopac construction may finally be nearing completion

After having to tear down many of the newly constructed sound walls along Mopac, the mobility authority says that part of the Mopac project is about 75-percent complete and should be done by next month.  And CTRMA’s Jeff Dailey says despite numerous delays in the past, they’re on schedule to finally wrap up the entire Mopac project.

The walls alone cost CTRMA an extra $4.6-million when they cracked.

As far as reaching 100{d9298e16fbff8ff2d9e84a8934eb00b21cf3ccd1154c522a6781c70a3ad80f68} completion on the overall project, Dailey said the end of September, unless the weather gets in the way
