Two Kyle parents are behind bars for the death of their nearly two-year-old toddler.
Kyle Police say 24-year-old Stevie Dwayne Williams and 20-year-old Dazrine Ruth Chagoya-Williams were charged with capital murder and booked into Hays County Jail. Their 21-month-old, which was their youngest child, was found dead on July 4th with bruises on his head and body. Officials say CPS reports had been filed on the couple previously.
