UPDATE 530pm:

Officials have found a fifth body Monday in the deadly San Marcos Apartment Complex fire.

UPDATE 10am:

Recovery and investigation efforts in the deadly San Marcos Apartment fire are ongoing according to City Fire Marshal Kelly Kistner, who said the death toll rose from three, to four. The latest body was discovered late Sunday night.
Officials have yet to identify the bodies, Kistner continued, but they did find out the building they were found in, the 500 building of the Iconic Village Apartments did not have a fire suppression sprinkler system installed, because it was built before the city codes required it in the late 60s. City officials report there are five people unaccounted for in the apartment but would not say if those are the same people who were found dead.
