The United States should be the world’s leader in oil production by next year. Tom Kloza with the Oil Price Information Service says what’s been holding us back is the lack of pipelines, but that all changes when several new ones come online next year. He says Texas, and in particular, the Permian Basin will drive the U.S. oil business.
