The Dirty Dog, which has been operating on 6th Street for 15 years, says it held on as long as it could but with a huge loss of revenue from the cancellation of South by Southwest, the ROT Rally, and a lack of tourism, the owners say they can no longer keep the doors open. The bar’s lease expires today and it will not be renewed.
