Bike lanes on Congress ave to be permanent

The Transportation Department is making a permanent change to part of Congress Avenue. From now on, bike lanes will be a fixture between Riverside and 11th Street. The lanes were added over the summer to increase social distancing. The city says it may be a month before the work finishes.
