Longhorn Men’s Basketball Opens Season 4-0
In the most dramatic of fashion, the Runnin’ Horns have three big reasons to celebrate tonight.
Matt Coleman III’s stepback jumper with 0.01 sec left not only give the Horns a win against a formidable opponent, it also gave them the Maui Invitational Championship and a perfect 4-0 start.
After blowing a 16-point lead in the first half, and a second half surge by the Tar Heels, the Horns scratched and clawed their way back to finally take the lead with about two and half minutes left, and after that… well, you know how this one ends…
