A pair of Texas House bills directing the state to require the westernization of Texas’ energy plants are being written up by San Antonio State Congressman Steve Allison. In a statement he admits while this is in reaction to the cold snap induced deadly outages, he hopes it’ll kick off long lasting solutions.
