Advocates of Medical Marijuana are either at the State Capitol or watching it closely today.
Many of the bills call for the expansion of the Compassionate Use Act passed in 2015, it allows intractable epilepsy patients to be prescribed the marijuana extract CBD oil.
State Representative Stephanie Klick authored that bill said she’s now hoping Medical Marijuana could be allowed for other ailments. Another bill calls for allowing those in Hospice to use CBD oil.
