A new 50 room apartment complex in East Austin will start filling its first 25 spots with homeless veterans. Austin Police Officer Michael Endres is celebrating the new Terrace at Oak Springs complex. He sees plenty of homeless veterans that will be helped by this new apartment complex.
The Vets and the other homeless to fill the complex will have their pick of fully furnished efficiency apartments starting later this week.
