Austin Public Health has opened up a survey for Travis County residents to share their experiences with the COVID-19 vaccination process. The feedback will be used to shape future vaccine community clinics for all ages, education, and outreach programs as well as other public health services, officials said.
The survey includes five questions and will only take a few minutes to complete. It will close on December 6, 2021, unless extended.
