The Ft.Hood Army Sgt who shot and killed a Black Lives Matter Protester last year is indicted for murder and Deadly Conduct.
Sgt. Daniel Perry turned himself in and has been released on bond.
Perry says he was dropping of a rideshare rider in downtown Austin when he found himself surrounded by BLM protesters who were rallying at the time.
He claims he shot and killed protester Garrett Foster as Foster allegedly raised an AK47 style rifle at him, Sgt. Perry says it was self defense.
