This evacuation is still affecting roughly 60 homes and businesses, and neither Atmos Energy nor the Georgetown Fire Department can say yet when every affected person will be able to return.
Tonight at 7:00 p.m., Atmos representatives will be on hand at the Sheraton Hotel Convention Center in Georgetown to answer questions and address concerns.
At one point, the number of evacuations was more than 120, but slowly some homes and business have been allowed back.
Natural gas remains trapped under the soil in the area around Williams Drive and River Bend.
