Since Independence Day, the Austin Animal Center has been at capacity with cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies. So the center’s Jennifer Olohan says it is waiving all adoption fees through tomorrow and ALSO calling on people to foster to help make room.
Olohan says they are so hard up for space, they’ve been forced to use cramped pop-up crates to house the animals.
