Ausitnite Michael Fuchs told council he wants them to force dockless scooter companies to get liability insurance for their riders. Fuchs said he learned the hard way that Limebike doesn’t cover their customers with liability, after one of their riders drove into his car and rode off.
Fuchs said that he doesn’t understand why someone isn’t being held responsible for the damages incurred by the dockless scooter industry and wants Council to do something about it.
