Austin firefighter Kelly Gall is suing the City of Austin and former AFD lieutenant James Baker, who resigned after it was learned he had hidden a camera in the women’s locker room. Gall claims the city failed to protect women from Baker due to previous complaints about his inappropriate sexual behavior. It was Gall who discovered the hidden camera, leading to the end of Baker’s career as a firefighter and EMT.
