Austin police have released the footage of the night unarmed Black man Michael Ramos was shot and killed by an APD officer in April.
Farah Muscadin Austin’s Police Oversight director said, “we really want to get it right and remove any of the kinks and it’s important that it really shows the community what transpired on that day.”
The release of the video should provide more details of the use of deadly force on an unarmed black man in the midst of civil unrest over police brutality.
