Austinites are doing what they can to help the victims of this weekend’s mass shooting in El Paso. Today starting at 8 a.m. until 1 this afternoon there will be a blood drive just outside the State Capitol. It will be set up along Colorado Street which runs along the west side of the Capitol building.
