Austin-Travis County EMS officials say a man in his 20s was recovered from the inside of a truck early Wednesday morning following a call to 911 that the man had driven off of the Pennybacker Bridge on Loop 360.
The Austin Fire Department and police dive teams scoured the area after finding the truck submerged in 12-feet of water. Hours later, the body was located and the man was prounounced dead at the scene.
No identification has been made.
