The majority of people who live in Cedar Park don’t work there, and the majority of people who work in Cedar Park don’t live there. As the city tries to stay one step ahead of its rapid growth, James Gamez with Nelson Nygaard Consulting says they polled residents to find out their most preferred public transit options:
Commuter rail is the most preferred option with 68-percent in favor. Voters opted out of Capital Metro in 1998.
