A big change is coming to a stretch of I-35 in South Austin. TxDOT’s Diann Hodges says starting tomorrow night you will have to take the Woodland exit to get to Oltorf.
That will be a permanent closure. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane tomorrow night from 10pm until 6am to make that change, which is supposed to reduce crashes by twenty percent.
